Day 2: Comala

Our second day will start with a guided tour of the Pueblo Mágico of Comala. Did you know it got famous due to the popular novel by Juan Rulfo, Pedro Páramo? We'll walk around its old town, discovering important spots like the Museo Alejandro Rangel Hidalgo. We'll see its wide collection of Pre-hispanic art, perfect to learn about the region's vast history.

We'll walk along its cobbled streets, filled with houses with white facades. Then, we'll walk around the main square, where we'll find the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel.

Of course, to immerse yourself in a city, you need to dive into its gastronomic culture. To do so, we'll reach the popular La Guadalupana bakery and the Ponche Don Tavo store, where you can try its delicacies.

After this visit, you'll have free time to eat and continue exploring this Magic Town. At approximately 4 pm, we'll regroup to go to Colima, where we'll leave you at the hotel to spend the night.

On this guided tour, you'll see the main tourist attractions of Colima, such as the Teatro Hidalgo and the Palacio de Gobierno, and its murals, authentic treasures of the town. We'll continue strolling in the center until we reach the Andador Constitución, a spot where artists and artisanas play music and work on their ceramics.

From here, we'll head to the Jardín Libertad, where we'll go in search of the Piedra Lisa and see the Quisco, the Monument to Rey Colimán, and the Glorieta Griselda Álvarez. Take a picture!

We'll continue the tour by visiting Villa de Álvarez, where we'll enter a traditional bakery that makes treats suitable for all tastes. To end the tour on a high note, if you want, you can enjoy a delicious lunch at the Cenaduría Julia restaurant.

Our day will end at the hotel in Colima, where we'll rest.
