    It was a very nice excursion, even though it was raining in the morning and we weren't able to explore Lugano as much as we would have liked. Andrea, the guide, speaks perfect Spanish and was very attentive to the only three of us who needed information in that language. His explanations were extensive, and he was always very attentive to the group. I just want to point out that the itinerary wasn't as advertised, as we didn't stop in Cadenabbia, which was included.
