At your selected time, we'll meet at the established point on the Carretera Costera Sur. From there, we'll walk to a terrace in Cozumel with amazing ocean views, where we'll participate in an exciting chocolate workshop.
During the activity, we'll learn about the origins of this popular product and discover the ancient techniques used by the Mayas and Aztecs to make bars of cacao.
As a part of the workshop, you'll even be able to make your own chocolate bar using traditional methods. Later, we'll have a tasting of several types of cacao paired with red wine, an intense mix of flavors that is sure to make your taste buds dance!
We'll also discover the use of cacao outside of confectionery by tasting a delicious chocolate martini - the perfect finishing touch.
After two hours of being delighted by the different flavors of cacao, the workshop will conclude.
