On our day trip from Disneyland Paris, we'll travel to Paris and go on a sightseeing tour of the French capital. You'll also visit the Louvre Museum with an audio guide in English.
Paris Day Trip & Louvre Museum
At 10:15 am, we'll meet on Esplanade François Truffaut, in front of the Marne-la-Vallée Chessy train station. We'll set off from this location in the Disneyland complex and head to the French capital.
After around a 1-hour journey, we'll arrive in Paris and take a sightseeing tour of the city. From the bus, you'll see iconic monuments such as the Eiffel Tower, the Avenue des Champs Elysées and its famous Arc de Triomphe and the Palais Garnier.
During our 1-hour sightseeing tour, the guide on the bus will tell us lots of fun facts about Paris. We'll learn when it first became known as the city of love and light, and if it really is the most visited destination in Europe.
Our sightseeing tour will end at the Tuileries Garden, where we'll give you your entrance ticket for the Louvre Museum. Your ticket also includes an audio guide in English so you can explore the permanent collection at your leisure. This exhibition houses incredible works of art such as Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa, the Winged Victory of Samothrace sculpture and the famous canvas Liberty Leading the People by Delacroix.
After you've visited the Louvre Museum with your audio guide, you'll have some time to have lunch and explore Paris at your leisure. Please note that we'll reconvene in the city centre at around 5 pm, but the bus guide will give you the exact meeting point and time on the day of the activity.
We'll then make our way back from Paris to the Disneyland car park, where we should arrive at 6:30 pm.
