Servizio clienti civitatis ottimo, via chat hanno immediatamente risolto un problema legato al mancato invio del voucher. Il ritiro della SIM nel negozio in aeroporto è stato facile e veloce. Purtroppo la SIM che prevedeva minuti e chiamate ha funzionato solo i primi due giorni dopodichè ha funzionato solo per la parte dati e non per le chiamate e non c è stato modo di risolvere poichè venivano forniti messaggi in arabo ( lingua locale).

Recomendadísima y en mi próximo viaje seguramente contrate de nuevo con vosotros. Muito tempo de espera e de validação /ativação do cartão. Não é explicito mas o levantamento não é feito. Consta no voucher a empresa. De resto, tudo funciona corretamente. Mas acabou oor ser praticamente desnecessário plrque entregam um cartão com 1gb à entrada do Dubai e há free wifi em praticamente todo o lado.

Excelente tanto el servicio como la cobertura de la tarjeta. Tenía mis dudas por la diferencia de precio respecto a otras tarjetas pero la verdad es que no tuve absolutamente ningún problema. Nada más llegar al aeropuerto encontramos enseguida la tienda donde nos la pusieron y configuraron. Debo decir que contraté la tarjeta de 6gb y fue mas que suficiente para los 11 días que estuve de viaje, incluso compartiendo wifi a mi pareja varios días. Volvería a comprarla otra vez sin dudarlo.

Al inicio no encontraba el lugar, pero preguntando llegue. REalizan la activacion en pocos minutos, dependiendo de si hay otras personas te toca esperar. La cantidad de Gigas, si es para comunicarte via Whatsapp u otra mensajeria en linea, esta mas que suficiente. Si ya tienes necesidades mas grandes como redes sociales, videos y demas, tienes la opcion de recargar saldo en cualquier centro comercial. Yo lo use solo para mensajeria y me fue bastante bien. La tarjeta funciono a,la perfeccion, 20 min, 20 sms y 500Mb.. Si el vuelo llega sobre la media noche, no importa la fecha de llegada que pongas, la agencia local admite la reserva, sin problemas. Si preguntas en Civitatis pretenden cobrarte 3€ por cambio de dia, aunque sea por una hora. No los pagamos y no tuvimos problema. Ojo, si contratas alli sin reserva son 16€. Osea, tarjeta excelente, Civitatis mal en informacion e intento de cobro extra pero muy bien por gestion de primera reserva.
