    I booked the tour in Spanish, but the guide didn't speak Spanish. He really made a huge effort to make himself understood, but I missed many things. You should communicate in advance in these cases, or use an audio translator. I've booked with you for years, but this time you disappointed me. Not so with the guide, who, I reiterate, did an excellent job and gave his all.
