The organization was a disaster. The guide had been informed that the tour was in Italian, but some people had been told it was in French, and I had been told it was in Spanish. The guide was brilliant; she did it in Italian and English, but some people didn't understand either. The tour was generally good, allowing us to learn a bit about the history of Durres.
Very good guide but the tour was planned in French but took place in English and Italian so it was very complicated when you have to translate into French for those who don't speak English. Too bad
On a very difficult day due to the heat, I'd like to highlight Andrea, our guide, who knew how to adapt the tour to the weather conditions. He also made the tour very enjoyable, providing excellent explanations on all the topics we discussed. The local operator (BlissAlbania) was perfect, contacting us the day before and being punctual. It was a very important detail that they brought a Spanish translator so we could follow the explanations. A very good experience, we would definitely repeat.
