Muy buena la explicación del guía . Muy interesante lo que enseñó. Aunque no estoy conforme con la visita en general, ya que comprendía (visita al Palacio Pitti y la Galería Palatina) y solo nos enseñaron la Galeria , salvo el salón de baile del Palacio. Me gustaría poder reclamar formalmente el reembolso de la parte proporcional de la visita, ya que como compañía, tendrían que saber que no se podían visitar las dependencias y avisarnos para tener la opción de hacer la visita o no hacerla.

It was ok. The place itself is very nice. The guide knew her subject. The main draw back for us was the language. The spoken French of the guide was not very good. We could still understand most of what she was saying, but I expect more at the price of a guided tour. Other than that, it was ok. This was our 5th guided tour in this trip, and this was our 4th best. Most other guides were more able to communicate interesting facts and informations about the works and the place. Overall, meh.
