El palazzo Piti es majestuoso. El recorrido por sus salas es una muestra de arte y del poder económico de la familia Medici y las Familias notables de Florencia que la siguieron habitando. Primer día en Florencia y no aparece el guía. Nos intentamos poner en contacto con el proveedor y fue imposible. No se nos informó de ninguna cancelación de dicha actividad ni por parte de civitatis, ni por parte de la empresa encargada de realizar la actividad. Ahora a gestionar la tramitación del reembolso, por que es tour pagado con anterioridad (más de 70€). ES UNA VERGUENZA!

First day in Florence and the guide didn't show up. We tried to contact the supplier but it was impossible. We weren't informed of any cancellation of the activity by either Civitatis or the company running it. Now we have to process a refund, because it's a tour we paid for in advance (more than €70). IT'S A DISGRACE!

Estuvimos10 minutos antes en el punto de encuentro y el guía no apareció, lo llamamos más de diez veces y no contestó ni en ese momento ni nunca, pude contactar con Civitatis y me dijeron que me enviarían un mail para la reclamación, hace ya 4 días y sigo esperando, lamentable todo y no es la primera vez que me dejan plantado en una excursión de Civitatis.

We arrived 10 minutes early at the meeting point and the guide didn't show up. We called him more than ten times and he didn't answer then or ever. I was able to contact Civitatis and they told me they would send me an email for the complaint. It's been 4 days and I'm still waiting. It's all very disappointing and it's not the first time I've been stood up on a Civitatis excursion.

Muy buena la explicación del guía . Muy interesante lo que enseñó. Aunque no estoy conforme con la visita en general, ya que comprendía (visita al Palacio Pitti y la Galería Palatina) y solo nos enseñaron la Galeria , salvo el salón de baile del Palacio. Me gustaría poder reclamar formalmente el reembolso de la parte proporcional de la visita, ya que como compañía, tendrían que saber que no se podían visitar las dependencias y avisarnos para tener la opción de hacer la visita o no hacerla.
