Communication and support was excellent. I made a spelling error on hurriedly registering my email address but this was rectified quickly by civitatis. Instruction re downloading the app and a reminder to bring our own headphones was clear. The 2 guides were there at the gallery when we arrived 20 mins early so were able to help our party of 4 Download the audio guide. The queue was 5 mins to get through security. A memorable visit to Ufizzi. I will def use Civitatis again.
