La compañía nos aseguraba en la descripción que el paseo era en catamarán. Nuestra sorpresa fue que, llegando al puesto y registrar la reserva, no era ningún catamarán, era un barco pequeño, con capacidad para 10 personas, y dejaba mucho que desear, y nada de copa de cava, botellas de cocacola y cervezas para repartir. Obviamente quisimos la devolución de las entradas. Nos sentimos estafadas y engañadas.

The company assured us in the description that the ride was by catamaran. Decepcionante. No se corresponde en absoluto con la descripción. Por favor, leed todos los comentarios de agosto 2022 antes de contratar. Un "barco" pequeño, entraba agua con las olas, la mitad de los pasajeros mareados y la otra mitad mojados, el trato deja mucho que desear. De tranquilo y copa de cava, nada. Pasado el puerto imposible sacar el móvil porque había que agarrarse a donde se podía. No duró 1hora y media aunque a todos se nos hizo eterno y a los 10 min estábamos deseando volver

La actividad duró 50 minutos (no 1h30) . Hizo un recorrido hasta media playa de gandia y regresó al puerto. Sinceramente, el barco es muy flojito.. si la atención fuese buena se podria pasar... pero no fue el caso. No recomiendo la actividad. Personalmente me he sentido engañada por la descripción de la misma. Que esto sirva de reclamación y de aviso para las demás personas interesadas.

The activity lasted 50 minutes (not 1h30). He made a tour to the middle of Gandia beach and returned to the port. Honestly, the boat is very weak... if the attention was good it could happen... but it was not the case. I do not recommend the activity. Personally I have felt misled by the description of it. En primer lugar no es un catamarán es mucho más pequeño como una lancha, el paseo duro 1 hora en vez de hora y media como decía la actividad, no había música. No repetiría.

No la he podido hacer porque la lancha y digo bien, la lancha se había roto. Me han dicho que no tienen catamarán y que mirarán que el martes 9/8 se pueda hacer el paseo en lancha. A parte de sentirme engañada, llegué allí a las 19:30 y el capitán ya se iba cerrando el chiringuito dónde atienden, así que si habían más pasajeros nadie les habrá dado explicaciones

Nada de lo esperado tal y como anuncia civitatis. En primer lugar, no es un catamarán sino una lancha. En segundo lugar, ese paseo al atardecer nada, fue una experiencia movida que terminó en veinte minutos en vez de 90 min porque no era apta para todo el público.

Las indicaciones del lugar de partida estaban mal, no es en Passeig Marítim de Neptú, 1, ojo con esto. En la entrada hacen una recomendación (con erratas) de ir con bañador, toalla, etc., que deberían actualizar para cada época del año. Resultó ser una actividad demasiado desagradable por el viento frío que hacía. El mar estaba muy revuelto y mareaba, además no había sitios suficientes para todos para sentarse. No lo recomiendo para abril. Tal vez para verano.
