This is special thanks to Roxana, amazing guide and we loved the 2 day tour. The car could have been better but we still had a great trip. She was flexible and very nice throughout the trip. The zip line was awesome and the horse ride was okay but my favourites are the view point and the cigar experience. Driver was also cool and patient and on time. The house we stayed at was sufficient and had nice breakfast and Monday hosts. Overall loved the trip :)

Very happy to have done the two day tour and not the one, because seeing the sunrise high up in the hills (getting up at 05:30 was less enjoyable) and the horse riding were such cool experiences. In the middle of the horse ride, we stopped at a little farm, where they serve you their OWN coffee. You see the plants, the berries drying… marvelous. Destacamos que olvidé mis gafas en el coche y Andy tuvo el gran detalle de llevármelas al aeropuerto. La casa en Viñales era muy cómoda y estaba bien ubicada, con un desayuno completo. Be careful that to get to the panoramic point you have to walk about 1 hour uphill on a somewhat muddy path. We recommend walking shoes, water bottle and mosquito repellent. This is one of the best excursions I have experienced. It is amazing how many activities were packed into two days: the caves, horseback riding, visit to a tobacco farm, a sunrise hike to the top of a mountain, zipline. The guide, Adrian, is very personable and extremely knowledgable. He is not only a guide for the excursion, he is a wealth of information about Cuba and its culture. The van was comfortable and the driver efficient. When you book, you must ask for Adrian as your guide.

This was a great way to see more of Cuba, and Viñales is stunning. We enjoyed the mix of activities and loved getting out of Havana for a couple days! My one recommendation is that the sunrise trip can be extremely muddy and is somewhat challenging in the dark. I’d recommend having closed toed shoes with good tread, and a phone flashlight or a headlamp, and don’t forget to pack water.
