    Very happy to have done the two day tour and not the one, because seeing the sunrise high up in the hills (getting up at 05:30 was less enjoyable) and the horse riding were such cool experiences. In the middle of the horse ride, we stopped at a little farm, where they serve you their OWN coffee. You see the plants, the berries drying… marvelous. Roxana, our tour guide… thank you for the experience. You were a big reason why the tour was fantastic. Wishing you all the best in life.

What to see in the Viñales Valley?

The Viñales Valley is renowned for its stunning limestone formations (mogotes) that emerge like islands in the midst of vegetation. Beyond these natural wonders, visitors can explore the Cueva del Indio cave with an underground river, admire the Mural of Prehistory (an impressive open-air artwork) and follow the Tobacco Route, offering an in-depth look at Cuba's renowned cigar plantations and factories.

How to get to Viñales Valley

The valley is 180 km (112 miles) from Havana. It can be reached by bus, rental car or as part of a day trip/excursion offered by Civitatis. The journey from the capital, which takes approximately three hours, offers spectacular views of the Cuban countryside.
