Jaen Guided Tour
Our visit begins in the Plaza de Santa María square, opposite the Cathedral of Jaén, one of the jewels of the Spanish Renaissance. We will learn all about its fascinating history and why it is regarded as the World Capital of Olive Olive.
Then we head to the fascinating Air raid shelter, located less than ten minutes' walk from the temple. Built during the time of the Spanish Civil War, today this place symbolizes a space for peace.
We will also visit the Palace of Villardompardo, one of Jaén's essential landmarks and which houses the largest Arab Baths in the world. These baths were discovered at the beginning of the 20th-century and today boast of being the best-preserved in Spain.
The visit then continues at the elegant Convent of Santo Domingo, located just one street away from the Arab Baths, and which today is the home to the Provincial Historical Archive of the city. Our fantastic guided tour concludes at the Church of La Magdalena, the oldest in the capital and where we will hear about the legend of the Lizard of Jaen.

Children under 12 years old must pay the entrance fee to the Cathedral upon arriving at the entrance (€1.50).

All of our providers comply with local legislation and applicable health recommendations regarding protection and safety, to help avoid the spread of Covid-19. Specifically, the provider of this tour will apply the following measures:
- Tours or activities will not consist of more than 20 people per group.
- A safe distance of one metre between clients will be maintained whenever possible.
- The use of masks is obligatory. The client must bring their own mask.
- All those running the service (guide, driver etc...) will wear a mask throughout its duration.
- Showing your voucher on your phone will be enough, and it is not necessary to print anything.
- Alcoholic drinks are not available.
