El guía bien en general, el problema es que éramos 37 personas, un grupo muy grande para controlar y el hombre no podía explicar mucho, estaba más pendiente de no perder a la gente que otra cosa. Los sitios que visitamos fueron muy de prisa y corriendo y no daba mucha oportunidad a contar cosas o hacer preguntas. La organización podría haber estado mejor, no es culpa del guía. El guía Abraham muy bien, nos explicó muchos detalles y cosas interesantes. Pero la descripción que aparece en la web no se corresponde con la realidad. El tour no dura 10h, no llega a las 7, contando con la comida y 30 min en una tienda de souvenirs. Además, pone que se visita el jardín de Getsemaní y la iglesia de todas las naciones, pero se ven de pasada en el bus sin pararse y el parlamento no se visita. En mi opinión, el precio del tour no está justificado. Bastante decepcionante.

El lugar para compras es muy costoso! Los locales de afuera son más económicos. El sitio del almuerzo no tenia opciones, solo escoger entre shawarma y falafel Y TAMBIEN SUPER COSTOSO, a otros grupos les servían otro tipo de menú (según lo que comento es que el guía escogía los menús). Achei excelente o tour. O guia Eli super informado, bem humorado, nos levou a todos( quase todos) os pontos importantes de Jerusalém. Conselho apenas aos viajantes: procurem ir sozinhos ao Santo Sepulcro, de preferência no final do dia, quando fica mais vazio. Não é culpa do guia, mas as excursões acontecem de manhã, no horário de maior movimento, e é realmente impossível esperar 4 horas na fila, quando se está em grupo. Nos hubiera gustado estar más tiempo en el santo sepulcro que en el museo del holocausto, Se pierde tiempo en organizar a los grupos en El Monte scope, luego en la ciudad vieja te apuran mucho en los lugares tanto para sacar fotos y comprar (ya que te dejan comprar en la tienda donde ellos te llevan, igual que en los 3 tours que he tomado en Jerusalén). La duración del tour no es de 10 horas. Nos recogiendo a las 7:50 y a las 16:30. Dentro de ese tiempo, primero te llevan a un sitio para organizar los diferentes grupos, prácticamente una hora por lo tanto el tour empieza a las 9. La mayoría de los sitios nombrados en la descripción se visitan en autobús por lo tanto no esperes visitar, por ejemplo, los sitios de interés del monte de los olivos o el Parlamento. Avi, la nostra guida, è stato bravissimo ed esaustivo nelle spiegazioni, seppur il tuor per sua natura sia stato una toccata e fuga, guardando i monumenti solamente da fuori. Il brutto inconveniente è stato che, sebbene avessimo scelto un luogo per il prelievo tra quelli selezionabili nell'elenco, dopo 10 minuti di attesa sul posto, siamo stati chiamati dal Tour Operator che ci chiedeva di prendere un taxi per raggiungere un altro punto di incontro, il che ci è costato ben 90 Shekel extra!!!

Me parece que dedicarle una hora al museo,es insultar al museo q es impresionante. El me has enfadado porque lo quisimos para comer más vale que no lo hicimos porque sino solo nos daba 20 minutos en el Santo sepulcro! En el muro de las lamentaciones quería que estuviésemos 10 minutos!! Pero bueno no sea cuenta que hay gente que usa medio mundo para ver eso con intensidad??? Tengo claro que los duros completos no merecen la pena

No fue al completo, no nos llevaron a getsemani, ni al monte de los olivos, no hicimos la vía dolorosa (solo nos mostraron una puerta) no nos dejaron entrar a ver la tumba en qué estuvo Jesús, todo ello porque “no había tiempo” pero después de almorzar nos dejaron 2,30 en el museo del Holocausto y volvimos al hotel, y la excursión al completo decía que demoraba 9hs ... una desilusión!! Pagar el más caro “completo” para no ver nada!

Mucho tiempo de espera para los traslados , escasa o básica información. Nos vambairon de guia en el Museo del Holocausto, habia un guia en ingles que se quedo dos minutos . El tour fuen muy rapido sin poder vivir una experiencia al completo, pasando muy rapidamente por los sitios de interés, por ejemplo el monte de los olivos lo vimos desde el monte Sion porque era un poco complicado estacionar cerca, en el monte calvario no se nos permitió tocar el lugar conde se apoyò la cruz de Jesus ni visitar su tumba, \"que no era un tour religioso\" fue la escusa que se nos puso y ho habia tiempo para hacer una cola que justo ese dia no era demasiado larga, con unos diez minut

Lamentamos mucho no estar a la altura de vuestras expectativas. La excursión siempre comienza en el Monte Scopus y de allí, nos dirigimos al Monte de los Olivos, al Valle de Kidron y la ciudad vieja donde se recorren los cuatro barrios visitando la iglesia del Santo Sepulcro. Si las colas para el Monte Calvario y para la habitación donde está la tumba son demasiado largas, se recorre por fuera para tener suficiente tiempo en Yad Vashem y visitar el museo del holocausto. La guía no nos gustó demasiado. Sus explicaciones eran superficiales y las visitas incompletas. El tour no incluye la explanada de la Roca. Le pregunté a la guía por el horario para turistas de la explanada y me dijo que estaba cerrada por seguridad (el horario es de 7:30 a 10:30 am). Muy mejorable. Gracias.

En mi opinión no es un tour para recomendar. $73 usd por persona es altísimo para el servicio que ofrecen. Nos buscaron 7:50 en el hotel, nos llevaron a un café y nos hicieron esperar más de una hora hasta que llegue toda la gente y así poder arrancar. La visita a la ciudad vieja fue corta y no vimos más lugares de los que se ven en un free walking tour. La vía dolorosa… 3 paradas, el jardín de Getsemani no lo vimos, y tampoco visitamos los 4 barrios. No son 10 hs de tour ni contando los traslad
