    The guide Flávio was excellent: punctual, polite and even in the rain he managed to create a good itinerary. However, Civitatis published that the tour would last 7 hours and the partner said it would only be 4 hours. Everything was resolved smoothly, but the information published has to be correct so that the customer does not fall victim to false advertising.
