Our guide Victor was great. Very friendly and very informative. We got to see everything we wanted, had a very nice lunch and a bit of shopping. The driver arrived exactly on time and dropped us back at our hotel as arranged. Highly recommend booking this excursion.

This tour did not happen according to the tour description. The confirmation says the tour starts at 9:30 and that pickup is between 7 and 8. The night before we got a message that we’d be picked up at 10:15, and in reality they didn’t pick us up until 11:05. The entire experience to/from the tour on the bus was so unprofessional - no communication, driver on his phone repeatedly, confused about where he was going. Description also said there would be a stop for bathrooms/food -never happened.

Belle journée mais malheureusement encore une déception ! Nous avons attendu un chauffeur dans la réception de l hôtel pendant plus d une heure. On nous prévient pas il faut appeler se débrouiller c est pas ce que l on souhaite en vacances.

Enjoyed the tour, glad we did it! Transportation was safe and reliable. Guide was knowledgable, shared great info, spoke many languages, saw great sights, lunch was great, Info said pickup 7-8am. Day before, said pickup at 10:15, then about ~20 min late for pickup at 10:35ish. Fine BUT we only had ~20 minutes to explore Santo Domingo on our own. Was looking forward to going to shops on my own and enjoying a coffee in the square. Glad we did it, wish pickup was earlier so we had more time.

We were upset that our tours changed dates. We had our bathing suits on for Isla Catalina that morning. We were waiting for the bus when what’s app informed us of the change in tour to Santa Domingo and pickup time 3 hours later. So we lost time on our holiday. As we would have changed our evening activities to sleep in more. Our tour guide for the Santa Domingo trip was great once we got to him in the city. He spoke English and Spanish very well and we had a very enjoyable day with Victor.

al pasajero no lo fueron a traer, lo fueron a traer tres horas después. esta supe molesto. hubo intercambio de correos y el personal de civitatis que nos atendio no sabia que ya al pasajero lo iban ir a traer despues de la hora indicada. por lo que suponemos no estaba al tanto de lo que estaba ocurriendo. por lo que solicitamos una compensacion por el mal servicio que se le proporciono al cliente. la agencia que me compro el servicio indico que los pasajeros ni desayunaron por estar al pendiente
