Osaka, Nara & Kobe Day Trip
Tour Details
At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the Hotel Keihan Kyoto Grande and set off on a full-day trip to Osaka, Nara, and Kobe from Kyoto—a journey packed with iconic urban and natural landscapes.
Our first stop will be Nara Park, where you’ll have the chance to meet the friendly local deer. Did you know they’re considered messengers of the gods and are a symbol of the city? If you're lucky, one might even bow to you! We’ll also stroll around the Todaiji Temple, home to the famous Great Buddha.
Next, we'll head to Osaka to visit two of its most iconic spots. First, we’ll admire the exterior of Osaka Castle, an architectural gem surrounded by gardens and moats that reflect the grandeur of Japan's feudal past.
We’ll then explore the vibrant district of Dotonbori, famous for its neon lights, massive billboards, and lively atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to sample some of Japan’s most beloved dishes. Have you ever tried takoyaki or okonomiyaki?
Our final destination is Kobe. There, you’ll enjoy free time to wander around the scenic port area. We recommend stopping for a coffee and soaking up the modern seaside vibe of the city.
After a day full of discoveries, we’ll return to the meeting point in Kyoto, 10.5 hours after departure.
