Traditional Market Tour & Peruvian Cooking Class
Activity Details
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel and set off for one of the most traditional markets in Miraflores.
In its stalls, we'll find a variety of typical products such as fruit, vegetables and spices, as well as the market's star product—fresh fish! We'll tell you which are the most used ingredients to prepare traditional Peruvian dishes, so don't forget to take notes!
From here, we'll move to the cooking workshop where we'll prepare our ingredients and make delicious Peruvian recipes like causa, made from potatoes or yellow potatoes. We'll also learn how to cook ceviche and how to prepare a pisco sour, the iconic drink of Lima.
What's more, as we work to prepare our dish, we'll soak up a wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean. Then, we'll enjoy lunch with the dishes we have prepared, accompanied by a beautiful panoramic view of the bay of Lima.
After lunch, we'll bring the experience to an end after 3.5 to 4 hours.
