The trip was great. The bus stopped many times so we could buy souveniers, snacks or use the toilet. The guide spoke four languages fluently. Unfortunately, the cable car was not in use, so we couldn't get to the top - but the money from the cable car tickets was refunded. I wish the longest stop (1h) would have been longer, so that there would have been more time to go hiking. Otherwise, would definitely recommend.

Aparte de no poder subir al Teide, la falta de otros turistas en idioma Español hizo que, una vez empezado el tour nos cambiaran de grupo, aunque el resultado fue el mismo: mas tiempo en explicaciones en alemán primero y luego en inglés, como si los turistas españoles fuéramos de segunda clase. ¿no se podía poner un pequeño microbús para los pocos españoles que hacíamos la actividad? Nos sentimos desplazados, por mucho interés que pusieran ambos guías.

Apart from not being able to climb Teide, the lack of other tourists in Spanish meant that, once the tour started, they changed our group, although the result was the same: more time in explanations in German first and then in English, as if Spanish tourists were second class. Couldn't you put a small minibus for the few Spaniards who did the activity? We felt displaced, no matter how much interest both guides showed.
