Route and Stops
The Malta hop on hop off bus has two routes with 39 stops around the island. During the journey, you'll enjoy recorded commentary in English about all the points of interest in the city.
The northern route takes in northern and eastern Malta, with sights including Silema, Mosta, Ta Qali, Mdina and Rabat. And with the southern route, you can explore La Valeta and the famous Three Cities which lie just outside the capital: Cospicua, Senglea and Birgu. And you can visit the Tarxien temples and the Blue Grotto.

How it Works
Your bus ticket is valid for either one or two consecutive days. During this time, you can get on and off the buses as many times as you like.
Although when you book you'll be asked to select a start day, you can start using the service within 3 months from the selected date.
When the reservation is made, we'll send you an email with a voucher which you should hand in on the first bus you take.
Schedule and Frequency
- Northern Route: Daily departures every 60 minutes between 8 am and 2:30 pm.
- Southern Route: Daily departures every 60 minutes between 9:25 am and 3:50 pm.
