Top Manila Tours & Activities | Discover the Best of the Philippines

Manila, the bustling capital of the Philippines, is a vibrant city where old and new blend seamlessly. Colourful jeepneys weave through busy streets, centuries-old churches stand beside high-rise malls, and the energy of city life is felt everywhere. With a mix of cultures, flavours, and sights, Manila offers something exciting for every traveler.

A Glimpse into the Past

Founded in 1571 by Spanish conquistadors, Manila has a rich and layered history. The walled city of Intramuros, grand colonial architecture, and lively districts tell stories of its Spanish, American, and Asian influences, making it a true crossroads of cultures in Southeast Asia.

Best Time to Visit

The best time to explore Manila is during the dry season, from November to April, when the weather is warm and pleasant. Avoid the rainy season from June to October, as heavy showers can disrupt travel plans and sightseeing activities.

Is Manila safe for tourists?

Manila is generally safe for tourists, especially in popular areas and during the day. As in any big city, it's wise to stay alert, keep an eye on belongings, and avoid unfamiliar neighborhoods at night.

How do I get around the city?

Getting around is easy thanks to taxis, ride-hailing apps, and public transport like jeepneys and the LRT. For comfort and convenience, many visitors prefer private transfers or guided tours.
