    This "VERY GOOD" rating goes to the guide, not to Civitatis, which leaves much to be desired. We arrived at 8:00 a.m., following the company's requests to be punctual. However, we had to call the guide on his cell phone, and he wasn't even aware of our reservations. He arrived almost an hour late, but the entire 4-hour tour was very enjoyable and interesting. The guide was fantastic, and we truly had a great time.
