La visita estuvo bien, aunque el guía se dejaba cosas por explicar. Lo que no nos gustó nada es que decían que era free tour, pero desde el primer momento el guía nos dijo que había un mínimo de 35000 pesos. Si es un cree tour deben dejar que el cliente decida y no forzar la situación desde el principio. Y al final del tour, cuando le dimos los 35000 por persona nos dijo que igual podríamos darle 20000 más. Esto me parece horrible. Prefiero que en vez de free tour pongan que tiene un costo. O tour é bem organizado e se inicia num bom ponto de encontro. O guia foi gentil e nos passou as informações gerais a respeito do local. Na minha opinião, não era necessário ir ao topo da comunidade, é um local onde só há casas dos moradores. A vista do local turístico é igual. Logo, se o tour começasse ali, estaria ótimo. La actividad estuvo bien. El problema principal fue que el tour debía salir 9:30 y terminamos saliendo 40 minutos mas tarde. Volvimos al punto de partida a las 13hs (1h mas tarde de lo que deberia haber sido). Todo esto nos complicó en cuanto a nuestro itinerario de otras actividades que teníamos programadas. También sentimos que nuestra guía no nos supo contestar algunas dudas. Lo que si destacamos es que es necesario ir con guía a esta zona porque es fácil perderse y no saber hacia donde ir.

Está súper que el tour inicie en la zona de arriba, como nos comentó Leandro, efectivamente te da una perspectiva diferente de la comuna. La apreciación de la zona turística no es suficiente. El único detalle a tomar en cuenta es que subes en el servicio publico (camión). Fuimos los primeros en llegar al punto de encuentro y nos tocó parados todo el camino. Digo, la experiencia completa está bien pero no cuentas con ello, fórmate al inicio para que te toque sentado. Lleva zapatos cómodos.

Hermosa experiencia! Tuvimos el placer de tener a Jesi como guía , nos fue contando la historia del lugar y también la suya ya que ella vive también ahí. La actividad estuvo muy bien. El recorrido vale la pena. Lo lamentable fue al momento del pago, donde abonamos 10 dls por persona que es el monto que solemos dejar siempre en toda parte del mundo, pero acá no le fue suficiente a la guía, argumentando que el mínimo debía ser otro ( 40.000) colombianos….y que al iniciar el recorrido ella lo había aclarado y sino podíamos no hacerlo. Me gustó mucho la experiencia de conocer este lugar, en realidad superó mis expectativas. Si tienen la oportunidad de hacer este tour con Andrés, aprovechenla al máximo. Me atrevería a decir que es de los mejores tours que he tenido en mi vida. Andrés como alguien nacido y criado en la Comuna 13 nos contó TODA su historia. Todo el conflicto político y social. Con imágenes, ejemplos, mientras nos paseaba por calles que no son tan turística y merecen atención igual. Terminando el tour en el punto más artístico . La excursión es muy interesante. Lo que me molestó mucho fue la actitud de la guía Carolina. Primero me exigió una tarifa en el pago y luego me cobró una niña de 12 años. Se supone que es un free tours donde el importe de la contrapestacion es una sugerencia. Desde ya muchas gracias
