Los agentes y guías de los camellos siempre fueron muy atentos , serviciales , amables con nosotros . Hay dos Haimas superiores , nos " toco" la más antigua y vimos diferencia respecto a la nueva. Sigo sin saber por más que pregunte el criterio del porqué nos cambiaron de la nueva a la vieja. Respecto a las habitaciones sin pega, muy cómodas, limpias y completas. La experiencia es increíble, las tiendas bastante bien. No nos sirvieron nada de beber durante la cena, tampoco una botella de agua en la habitación para la noche.. En la descripción de la actividad se habla de ver el amanecer luego un desayuno y vuelta a merzouga después de una ducha. Sin embargo la salida por la mañana fue muy precipitada, se sirvió el desayuno dentro de la carpa mientras amanecía y luego nos hicieron subir rápidamente al camello antes de que el sol terminara de salir.

Te hacen estar 15 mins antes y NADIE DE CIVITATIS TE AVISA de que la excursión va a empezar media h tarde. Estamos esperando en un hotel de lujo y no ponen ni el aire acondicionado para hacer un poco más amena la espera, cuando estamos a 46°C. Para colmo, te piden por una botella de agua 2€!! Los supuestos bereberes usan IPHONE y el espectáculo de tambores lo puedo hacer yo disfrazada. Recomendable la experiencia de subir en camello y estar en el desierto, pero considero una actividad MUY GUIRI

La verdad es que el paseo en camello estuvo bien. Pero el campamento de las dunas...... No fue lo que esperábamos. Para empezar, el campamento no esta en las dunas, el suelo es de tierra y estas al lado de una carretera. Para seguir, el recibimiento fue bastante frío y el espectaculo de tambores brillo por su ausencia. Nostros que fuimos con niños se llevaron un chasco enorme. Por lo demás, todo fue correcto.

Según la ley vigente los campamentos deben situarse en tierra, no siendo posible que establecerlos en las dunas, aunque el paseo en camello se da por esa zona. Por una incidencia puntual no fue posible ofrecer el espectáculo de tambores, lo sentimos. Hemos aplicado por ello la compensación apropiada.

Esperienza molto bella, anche se noi siamo stati penalizzati dal brutto tempo. Forse proporrei un giro in cammello più corto perché non essendo abitata tu porterebbe risultare un po’ doloroso dopo un po’. Excelente el campamento las habitaciones con ropa de cama y toalla. Hay duchas y sanitarios compartidos. La cena y los chicos que sirven, acomodan y asignan las habitaciones un 10. Solo falta un poco de organización para quienes no vamos en grupos. Empezó puntualmente en un Riad, con un espacio de espera agradable. Salió puntual. El paseo hasta las carpas fue muy divertido por los camellos, una pena la suciedad comienzo y el ruido de los quad,. L'unico neo è che non siamo stati avvisati del fatto che il tour sarebbe partito alle 19 anziché alle 17.30 e avevamo fatto le corse per arrivare in orario al Riad. Ottima esperienza. Unica pecca le temperature, ma ad agosto c’era da aspettarselo. Il giro in cammello è iniziato alle 19, senza troppo caldo. Ma la notte è stato difficile dormire perché nelle tende c’era molto caldo, anche nella tenda dove si mangiava. Inoltre, il giro in cammello è abbastanza lungo (all’andata 1 ora!) le selle possono risultare scomode. Non è banale rimanerci sopra senza avvertire dolori. Giro in cammello buono, campo discreto, come la cena. Intrattenimento con tamburi passabile, organizzazione pessima. Abbiamo deciso di rientrare in jeep, costo del servizo 10 € a persona. Alzate alle 6.00 abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino alle 8.20 per ripartire: la macchina non era esclusiva, ma era quella di servizio utilizzata per il trasporto materiale dalla città al campo.. Assurdo pagare ben 20 € per un’auto che sarebbe comunque partita ed in piu ad un orario non accettabile

Premessa: la gita si è svolta in una notte con forte vento e visibilità limitata. Non abbiamo potuto osservare né tramonto né alba tra le dune. Inoltre a causa del vento che faceva sbattere i teli delle tende, abbiamo dormito assai poco. In generale, buona organizzazione a parte l'orario di partenza, che è stato verso le 17.45 anziché le 16 come indicato. Personale carino e cena e colazione discrete. Esperienza molto bella. Lo staff del campo tendato è stato ospitale. Le tende molto confortevoli e l’atmosfera suggestiva. Il deserto del Sahara è meraviglioso e viverlo così da vicino è un’occasione imperdibile. Unico difetto: sul voucher era indicato come orario di incontro le 16. Nessuno si è presentato prima delle 18.45 e restare a Merzouga con 48 gradi e senza grandi attrattive non è stato il massimo. Sarebbe stato opportuno segnalare l’arrivo dalle 16 alle 18. Visita imprescindible si vas a Marruecos. El guia de los camellos muy amable, nos dio para comer algo y Tambien para los camellos. Las Jaimas una maravilla, no te faltaba de nada. Nos dieron un delicioso Tajin para cenar y tmbien incluía desayuno completo. La recogida y y la vuelta era en un precioso Riad con piscina y un jardín muy bonito, pudimos bañarnos en la piscina por el calor que suele hacer allí, por muy pocos dirhams. Recomendado 100%! A must visit if you go to Morocco. The very friendly camel guide gave us something to eat and also for the camels. The Jaimas are wonderful, you did not lack anything.
