No me enviaron con antelación mis pases de entrada al acuario por lo que tuve que realizar la compra de entradas adicionales, al momento de checar en el acceso del acuario, me indicaron que no existía ninguna reservación a mi nombre ni con el número que mandaron por correo

La entrada no es exactamente "sin filas", tuvimos que hacer una fila de media hora en la fila de prioridad pero no aceptaron nuestros códigos como fast pass. Es muuuucho más recomendable hacer la compra directamente desde la página web del acuario y así ir a la segura y ahorrarse un mal momento.

The entrance is not exactly "skip the lines", we had to queue for half an hour in the priority line but they didn't accept our codes as fast pass. It is much more advisable to make the purchase directly from the aquarium's website and thus play it safe and save yourself a bad time.

no hubo seguimiento del proceso y no hubo indicaciones, llegué al lugar y no podía accesar porque no tenía el código QR y tuve que contactar a quien me confirmó la compra y esperar 20 minutos más para recibir el QR. y sin indicaciones ...tuve que andar pregunta a medio mundo para poder acceder al acuario.
