Swiss Alps + St Moritz by Train
Swiss Alps + St Moritz by Train
Leaving Milan at the scheduled time, we'll head north and, crossing the Lake District, we'll reach St. Moritz, known as "The Summit of the World."
In St. Moritz, you'll have some free time to explore the luxurious shops or enjoy a delicious hot chocolate. The Bernina Express route departs from St. Moritz at 1:30 pm.
The icing on the cake is when you board a regional train that follows the same route as the Bernina Express, running along one of the most spectacular railway routes in the world. The journey to Tirano takes 2.5 hours.
Along the way, we'll pass over the spiral viaduct at Brusio, over the Bernina Pass, and through places like Engadina, one of the region's most famous valleys.
Once we're in Tirano, we'll return to Milan by coach and arrive back at our starting point, where we'll conclude this 12.5-hour activity.
