La excursión perfecta, preciosa, muy gratificante. Lo único malo es el descenso y el ascenso hasta y desde el embarcadero. Somos muchas personas mayores las que vamos y debería de haber otro sistema, un microbús eléctrico, por ejemplo para bajar y subir a las personas mayores y niños pequeños. La actividad no debería estar recomendada para publico en general (niños, y no tan niños) si tan importante es guardar silencio o advertirlo antes de la compra de entradas. Entendemos la importancia de este tipo de centros, pero llega ser desagradable las formas de la persona para pedir silencio. Tampoco es coherente la labor de conservacion con grupos grandes o, simplemente, la tienda de sourvenirs a la salida.

The activity shouldn't be recommended for the general public (children and adults) if it's so important to maintain silence or to notify them before purchasing tickets. We understand the importance of these types of centers, but the way the person requests silence can be off-putting. Nor is the effort to maintain silence consistent with large groups or, simply, the souvenir shop at the exit.

El paseo fue bonito, el problema fue que en la informacion de civitatis ponía que había que estar 20 minutos antes de la hora, para validar los billetes, la salida según ponía era a las 16, hora española, estábamos esos 20 m. antes, cual es nuestra sorpresa cuando nos dicen que falta 1 hora y 20 m. para salir, por lo tanto la información es incorrecta, la salida es con el horario local

The walk was nice, the problem was that the Civitatis information said we had to be there 20 minutes before the scheduled time to validate the tickets. The departure time was 4 p.m. Spanish time, so we were there 20 minutes early. To our surprise, they told us there was 1 hour and 20 minutes left until we left.
