Day Trip Details
We'll pick you up at the indicated time at your chosen meeting point and, from there, we'll head to Santa Pola, one of the most outstanding destintions on the Costa Blanca, in the province of Alicante,
Once there, we'll take a 30-minute guided tour to see the main attractions of the town, including the port and the castle of Santa Pola, an important bastion dating back to the 16th century.
At the end of the tour, we'll take a boat to Tabarca, where we'll arrive after about a 30-minute cruise along the Mediterranean Sea. Once we disembark, we'll enjoy a 45-minute guided tour of the smallest inhabited island in the Valencian Community.
Along this route around Tabarca Island, we'll admire the lighthouse and the San Gabriel and San Miguel Gates, the two main entrances to its walls. We'll also pass by the church of San Pedro and San Pablo, an 18th century Baroque temple that stands on the edge of the sea.
After this walk, you'll have 4 hours of free time in Tabarca to tour its charming streets at your own pace, go shopping and take a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean. You can also take the time to sample some of the local cuisine, which specialises in rice, shellfish and fish dishes.
