It was incredible, they gave us all the directions, took wonderful photos, and even helped me answer questions late at night. What I think needs to be improved is including the price for the automatic quad bike. I asked before booking if there was any other type of charge and in fact if I didn't want it, I didn't have to, but we who had never driven a quad bike, with no security, had to pay extra to have the automatic one, the rest was incredible, friendly staff, everything magical.
