New York Helicopter Tour: 2026 Summer Special
Summer 2026 in New York
New York is an incredible city, brimming with activities, things to do, and events that allow both tourists and locals to make the most of the Big Apple. However, the summer of 2026 is set to host two major events: the 2026 FIFA World Cup and the 250th anniversary of American history.
If you're spending a few days there this summer, don't miss one of our limited-edition helicopter tours. These aerial tours are specially designed to let you discover New York from a completely different perspective.
Whether you're traveling to watch the World Cup games at MetLife Stadium or to celebrate the 250th anniversary of U.S. independence, a helicopter ride will be an unforgettable experience.
Below, you can see the options available for booking this summer 2026:
Special 2026 World Cup Tour
We'll meet at the airport in New Jersey and take off to begin admiring the Manhattan skyline.
During the tour, we'll see landmarks such as the American Dream mall and MetLife Stadium, one of the main venues for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. This stadium will host eight games during the tournament, including the final on July 19, 2026, which is being co-hosted by the United States, Mexico, and Canada. It'll be a historic event!
We'll cross the Hudson River and see some of New York's most iconic landmarks, such as the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, the Chrysler Building, Times Square, the 9/11 National Memorial & Museum, Central Park, and the Empire State Building. Plus, the pilot will share fun facts about the sights we pass by.
Finally, after a flight lasting between 30 and 35 minutes, we'll return to the starting point. Now all that's left for you is to enjoy the World Cup atmosphere on the streets of New York!
Special 250th Anniversary Tour
Did you know that July 4, 2026, marks the 250th anniversary of U.S. independence? If you want to celebrate in a special way, we'll meet at the Downtown Manhattan heliport.
Once we take off from this heliport located next to the Brooklyn Bridge, we'll see New York from the air. Meanwhile, we'll tell you about some of the most important chapters in American history. It'll be a perfect way to celebrate a day that marked a turning point for the nation!
After a helicopter ride lasting between 17 and 20 minutes, we'll return to the starting point.
Other Helicopter Tours in New York
If you can't find availability, you can book other helicopter tours in New York. If you prefer, you can take a night helicopter tour of New York. You'll follow a similar route and enjoy a bird's-eye view of the best sights of Manhattan's most iconic landmarks lit up.
Please note that this activity is in high demand in the Big Apple, so the number of available spots is very limited. We recommend booking as soon as possible. If there is no availability, you can opt for the helicopter tour of New York from Westchester. This aerial tour is longer, as it departs from Westchester County. It also offers the option of being picked up at your Manhattan hotel for a comfortable ride to the heliport.
