Amish Country Tour
At 9 am on the morning of the tour, we will pick you up from your Buffalo or Niagara Falls (U.S. side) hotel. From there, we will head to a nearby Amish region, where we will learn all about this unusual way of life.
Over the course of four hours, we'll get a first-hand look at one of the country's most peculiar communities. Aside from over 230,000 Amish people in the United States, the Amish have settlements all over the world, primarily in Canada, Mexico as well as Central and South America.
This tour will walk you through daily life as a member of the Amish community. You'll visit an artisanal bakery, a blacksmith, a store for handcrafted toys, an artisan gallery and a candy shop. All of the products are traditional Amish goods! You will of course also learn all about Amish customs, clothing and even the Amish language.
Upon the conclusion of the tour, we will say goodbye to the Amish and bring you back to your hotel, arriving at around 1 pm.
