Paraty Waterfalls Off-Roading Tour + Cachaça Distillery Visit
Activity Details
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Paraty and from there we'll begin this off-raoding tour of the most spectacular waterfalls on Brazil's Costa Verde. Let's go!
During the journey, we'll cross the trails of the Atlantic Forest until we reach our first destination: the Tobogã waterfall, whose name comes from its shape, similar to a natural slide. We'll spend about 30 minutes at each waterfall so you can take a dip.
Afterwards, we'll take you to see the Tarzan Well, where you can take another refreshing dip in its crystal clear waters. We'll also visit the Pedra Branca waterfall, a hidden spot in the mountains, perfect for relaxing in the heart of nature.
Leaving these natural spots behind, we'll move on to a more cultural immersion. We'll visit an artisan cheese factory, where we'll briefly learn about the production process and taste delicious samples of regional cheeses. Afterwards, we'll take you to taste cassava flour at Casa de Farinha.
To finish off on a high note, we'll also visit a cachaça distillery. This is one of Brazil's most popular drinks and is made from fermented sugar cane juice. Before saying goodbye, we'll toast with one of the typical cachaças from the Paraty region. Cheers!
Finally, we'll say goodbye at the starting point after a 5-hour adventure.
