Genial! Visitamos primero la concergerie y accedimos sin problema. No habia mucha Cola . La visita es libre y estuvimos sobre 1,15h aprox Despues fuimos a la Sainte Chapelle , los accesos son por horario , hay que ponerse en la cola del horario que tengas asignado. Para entrar pedian a parte del bono, el justificante de pago, recomiendo llevarlo impreso o en foto Ya que hay poca cobertura y tarda en descargar Desde el movil. Brilliant! We visited the concierge first and entered without any problem. There wasn't much of a queue. The visit is free and we were there for approximately 1.15 hours. Afterwards we went to the Sainte Chapelle, access is by time, you have to get in line for the time assigned to you. I loved the stained glass windows; they're beautiful. I also really liked that the concierge desk was interactive and fun. I would only recommend that Civitatis clarify that you should start at Sainte-Chapelle by queuing and then, afterward, go to the concierge desk. Teniendo en cuenta q la entrada es gratis y lo que se nos cobra (20€/persona), quizás un guía con alguna explicación estaría bien. La capilla preciosa, pero sin folleto (agotados en castellano) ni guía, pues sin más. La otra parte del palacio se salva xq te dan una tableta interactiva y así mejor.

La Chapelle was amazing. However, the toilet facilities were insufficient for the number of visitors and absolutely filthy, so go before you go! The Conciergerie was a bit disappointing but the interactive history pad was really good and made the experience very engaging.

I had a mixup with travel plans, so I had to cancel my activity, then later I was informed that they decided not to change travel plans so I could go. I emailed and texted customer service. I received a very quick response, and although the ticket was non refundable, they tried to help me to get refund, since I rescheduled exact same trip. La mejor visita (para mi gusto) del centro de París (de capillas estamos hablando), pero con la peor organización de la historia. El caos a la entrada es absoluto. Un desastre. Vienes con entrada con hora concertada y esperas horas… la gente se pelea en la cola. El pobre conserje no da a basto con el caos y el mal rollo. Y cuando entras, estas tan agotado y has acumulado tanta tensión que no puedes valorar como corresponde la espectacular belleza de esta magnífica capilla gótica.

The best tour (in my opinion) in the center of Paris (when it comes to chapels, we're talking about this), but with the worst organization ever. The chaos at the entrance is absolute. A disaster. You arrive with a pre-arranged ticket and wait for hours... people fight in the queue. The poor concierge can't cope with the chaos and the bad vibes. And when you enter, you're so exhausted and have accumulated so much tension that you can't properly appreciate the spectacular beauty of this magnificent Gothic chapel.

Todo muy bien. Se pasa muy rápido, no hay que esperar colas cuando ya tienes la enteada comprada. Hay que tener en cuenta que dejan pasar según tu franja horaria asignada. Sin colas diferentes.
