This company sels Voushers, not tickets. My vousher was not accepted at the pier because it was not printed in paper. This requisite was NOT stated clearly before and after buying service. Very misleading. Watchout where you buy stuff.

Thank you for your review. As we indicate in the confirmation email you receive, you must print out your voucher to show it to an employee at the pier. We hope you continue to count on us for your next trips.

Es una muy buena opcion para moverte por los principales lugares turisticos. El unico problema, ajeno a civitatis, es que no funcionaba el ordenador para canjear los tickets en la estación donde lo queriamos coger y la solucion para ellos es que vayas caminando hasta la próxima

Excelente!... pero hubo una confusiòn y es que pensabamos que con el bono impreso nos montabamos al barco, no fue asì, nos tocaba cambiar el bono por el ticket. (Para que lo tengan en cuenta al dar las instrucciones) Por otro lado resalto la amabilidad del señor que recibìa los tickets en el barco, ya que nos esperò mientras lo cambiabamos y fue muy amable en todo momento Una gran experiencia

cogi los tickets una vez estando en Paris y tuve que estar buscando un sitio para imprimir el bono. Nos volvimos locos! Tiempo perdido y estrés! No entiendo para que es necesario llevar impreso el bono!

Cada proveedor indica el modo en que necesita que se presente el bono, lo cual publicamos en la web para que se conozca este punto antes de reservar.

Que no te impriman el voucher en taquilla y tener que ir a buscar un hotel para imprimirlo. Y las cristaleras de batobus están muy sucias.

En el email de confirmación comentamos que es necesario imprimir el bono y presentarlo el día de la actividad.
