Tirolinas de 10. Visita y nado en la cueva lo mejor, súper bonito, buenas explicaciones y bastante tiempo para disfrutar. Los chalecos y gafas entraban en el precio del tour no había que alquilar nada. Las taquillas también entraban en el precio del tour. Lo único que nos pareció mal fue que en el tour de los quads nos metieron en un grupo con gente que no tenía experiencia por lo que íbamos muy despacio y cada dos por tres teníamos que parar para esperar a los demás del grupo. Precio demasiado elevado para lo que es, te dicen 45 minutos de quad y no llega a 20 además de pagar 25€ más por un seguro para poder correr un poco más… las tirolinas son más para ver la selva que para tener adrenalina y en el cenote vas a estar 15 minutos… encima le dimos 10€ de propina al guía y se enfadó quería 30 o 40 me parece tener poca vergüenza… el precio es carísimo y a las 14:00 ya estás en el resort…. No es recomendable a no ser que bajen el precio como mínimo a la mitad. Tú mismo

Hemos quedado algo defraudados con la duración del quad ya que es la principal razón por la que nos decidimos a coger esta excursión, estuvimos unos 30 minutos seguidos, mientras que en la descripción pone dos paseos de 30 y 45 minutos. El buffet algo escaso,poco para elegir (solo podíamos comer a las 12am). El esnórquel es una vuelta por una caverna con unas gafas y un chaleco salva vidas. Algo engañosa la descripción, quedamos algo insatisfechos con lo vivido por lo pagado.

The activity was just alright, the cenotes is the best part! Zip lines and AVTs were just average. I think is not nice to try to sell insurance to the visitors in case of crashing or damaging the AVTs. It feels like they are instillinng fear to youbefore the activity just the sell the insurance. Instead Maya Adventure should increase the price by $10-15 and tell the visitors it includes insurance. Does not look profesional the way you guys do it now

De las mejores actividades que hemos hecho!! Salimos encantados, la tenéis que hacer si o si de verdad. Primero nos tiramos en las 7 tirolinas que son súper largas y te dejan tirarte de diferentes formas. We booked the excursion spontaneously the evening before and everything still went smoothly. The friendly driver picked us up almost on time and introduced us to our guide. Civitatis no lo explica pero para la actividad de quads hay que pagar 15 dólares más por un seguro para el quad o 25 si es un quad para 2 personas. Nuestro guia nos lo recomendó para poder ir rápido aunque creo que se saltó partes del trayecto pero pudimos ir muy rápido y sin cuidado por el quad. Lo veo necesario el seguro y si civitatis me lo hubiera avisado antes de comprar la actividad que encima no es reembolsable hubiera tenido menos problemas. Para civitatis un cero.

We enjoyed the activities particularly the Quad bikes. Didn't enjoy being sold collision waiver insurance. This is a rip off and shouldn't be pushed to tourists. The track is safe, there are no obstacles on it and you will not burst a tyre. It's a manmade track. The zip wire was fun but you need to be physically fit to complete the circuit. Caves were interesting and worth seeing. Food was good. Transfers were fine except that the driver kept asking for a tip!
