    I initially booked the tour in English by mistake. Luckily, Paloma was incredibly helpful and proactive, and she helped us switch to her Spanish group right then and there :) The tour was wonderful despite the torrential rain. Paloma was always positive and cheerful, which cheered everyone else up as well. She sent us a list of restaurants, and one of them actually became our favorite in Porto. Paloma: 10/10
