Translate this opinion into English.

Very good. Our guide Flavia was lovely. Very professional and friendly. The only downside was the weather; it rained all day. The van was very comfortable. I would have preferred to have more time at the geyser so I could have done the walking tour. Opinion translated. Show original.

It was a driver. We booked the tour in Spanish, and the "guide" didn't exist. Acram didn't explain anything to us. He barely spoke Spanish. He simply drove us around. I request a refund because paying €282 to be driven around is outrageous.

Translate this opinion into English.

The minibus arrived an hour late and there was no explanation. The driver didn't explain anything during the rest of the tour, nor did he even mention the route we were going to take. He only gave brief explanations after the tour was over... he was more of a driver than a guide. I should add that we abandoned the free Edinburgh tour because it was boring and pointless.

The activity was great, but the guide only spoke English. The advertising indicated it was in Spanish and could be bilingual. In our case, it was only in English.

We booked an activity in Spanish, but no one who spoke Spanish showed up. Despite this, the guide, Thomas, was friendly; it wasn't his fault. His company had done the same thing to us twice before. The Spanish tour didn't happen because the guide only spoke English, and if you don't understand, that's your problem. They offer no solution. You only receive an email at 5:00 AM the same day, when it's too late to do anything, like book another tour or cancel.

Translate this opinion into English.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused by the language barrier. Although the activity took place and the guide did everything possible, we understand that it did not meet expectations. We have processed a suitable compensation request. Opinion translated. Show original.

I had booked a tour with a Spanish-speaking guide, and the day before, they told me it would be bilingual with English. That seemed fine, but the problem was that the guide only spoke to the group in English and only addressed the Spanish-speaking group in Spanish when we asked him to explain what he had said; otherwise, he wouldn't say a word. Furthermore, he acted more like a driver than a guide, as he didn't explain anything about what we were going to see or do. One of the worst guides we've ever encountered. A terrible experience.

Translate this opinion into English.

We're sorry the experience didn't meet your expectations. The activity is conducted with a Spanish-speaking guide, although, depending on the group, it can be bilingual. We understand you expected to receive explanations in Spanish as well, and we regret that this wasn't the case. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Our booking stated departure time was 9:00 AM, but it was actually 8:30 AM, so they didn't pick us up and we had to pay for the tour ourselves with another company. Very bad. I expect a refund.

We booked the tour in Spanish, but once in the van we found out it was in English and without a guide. We were told to meet at 8:30, but by then no one from the company was there. We looked for our bus but couldn't find it; there were dozens of buses and vans, but ours wasn't there. It arrived 20 minutes late. The van and the driver had absolutely no identification indicating that it was our tour, the van's air conditioning wasn't working, and it was 29.5 degrees Celsius inside.
