    Wonderful day! I contacted through whatsapp to confirm, and we were picked up from our hotel. Short walking tour of Riobamba, we learned a lot about the history of the area. Very interesting! The whole tour showed the development of the country. Tried some local foods along the way. Fantastic vegetarian lunch. Learned about the Cacha culture and how to make chapo. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our day but I'm only allowed 500 chars. Our guide Renato was the best!!
