    It was easy to get find the place to get your tickets, I was a little worried because they didn't open until 8:40 am and our tickets were for 9:30. But it was quick to get our tickets. Would definitely recommend

The temple was originally built in 27 B.C. by order of Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa and was initially dedicated to the Roman gods. However, after being destroyed by fire, it was rebuilt under Emperor Hadrian in the 2nd century A.D.

The structure is especially famous for its massive concrete dome, the largest of the ancient world, and for its central oculus, which lets in natural light. Today, it’s listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
