    During the tour, we were accompanied by Natalia, who explained in great detail the process of Alsatian wines, the history of the winery, the tradition of the different grape varieties, their differences with other appellations, and other interesting facts about Alsatian winemaking. We also got to try the different varieties they work with during the tasting, which were delicious!

    Wonderful!! Our guide was Natalia, who led us through the small winery while kindly explaining each of the processes and secrets of this family-run winery. The tasting afterwards was also fantastic.
