On this tour, we'll visit the Cadejo Brewery, a pioneer in the craft brewing of this sparkling beverage in the region. A unique brand in Central America!

Visit Details

We'll meet at the entrance to the Cadejo Brewery, where we'll begin this tour to uncover the secrets of El Salvador's first craft beer. Let's get started!

As soon as we enter the brewery, we'll talk about how Cadejo was born in the lively Zona Rosa of the Salvadoran capital. Its name, inspired by the popular legend of the Cadejo, reflects the blend of tradition and modernity that defines its essence.

We'll tour the facilities and learn in detail about the craft beer brewing process. From grain milling to the final fermentation, we'll witness how barley, hops, water, and yeast are transformed with near-alchemical precision.

We'll also learn that in El Salvador, craft beer has gone from being a rarity to becoming a cultural movement. This has been driven by local entrepreneurs seeking flavor, identity, and a unique brand in the Central American region.

At the end of the visit, you'll enjoy a tasting of four beers. From the intense Stout, the smooth IPA, the light Blonde Ale, to the balanced Red Ale. There is something for everyone!

Finally, after 2 hours, the tour concludes. Cheers!
