De plano abandonamos al fulano del tour de hoy por Santiago. Pésimo! El tipo llegó 40min tarde, nos traía corriendo tras de él, adivinando cuando iba a cruzar la calle o cambiar de dirección. No explicaba nada y lo poco que explicaba se lo sacaba de la manga. Se la pasó discutiendo por teléfono con alguien de su casa y contestando mensajes, interrumpiendo sus ya de por sí escuetas explicaciones y perdiéndose del tema. I thought we were getting a guide who could tell us loads of stuff and really bring the place to life. What we got was a driver only. The man was nice but he didn't tell us much and he only really spoke when my husband asked questions. He wasn't sure who some of the large statues were and we were left feeling that a much cheaper group tour would have been better as we heard some of those guides talking about detail, history, what shaped santiago.

La actividad no nos ha gustado, entre otras cosas porque no hemos visto nada. El tour ha sido inexistente por culpa de ustedes Había una marcha programada y un cambio de hora también programado La excursión ha empezado a las 10 h cuando era a las 9 h. Solo hemos visto el parque bicentenario desde un mirador. No han sido capaces de dar alternativas para visitar otras cosas de la ciudad.
