Traditional Seoul Tour + Hanbok Rental
Tour Details
At the indicated time, we'll meet at Gyeongbokgung Metro Station and walk together to the traditional costume rental shop, located just a short distance from the meeting point. Once there, you'll be able to choose the hanbok design you like best. You'll feel just like royalty!
Dressed in a hanbok, we'll head to the first stop on our traditional Seoul tour: Gyeongbokgung Palace. This complex is the most important of the Joseon dynasty, which ruled Korea for nearly 500 years. Upon arrival, we'll witness the changing of the guard before entering to explore this gem of the South Korean capital.
After wearing the hanbok for around 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours, we'll return it to the rental shop. But don’t worry—the tour continues! We'll take you to recharge your batteries with a tasting of delicious Korean snacks, including kimbap and tteokbokki. What a treat!
We’ll then make our way to Bukchon Hanok, one of Seoul’s most iconic neighborhoods. As we stroll through its narrow streets, we'll admire the traditional architecture of its houses and temples. Did you know that this area was once reserved exclusively for nobles during the Joseon Dynasty?
Finally, we'll visit Baek In-je House, a residence that preserves the modern hanok style developed during the Japanese colonisation.
In this area, our 4-hour tour will come to an end.
