Flamenco Class in Seville
Learn How to Dance Flamenco in Seville
If you have fallen in love with Andalusian culture, don't miss the chance of learning how to dance flamenco during your stay in Seville. At the designated time, we'll meet at Calle Castellar, very close to the Palacio de las Dueñas, and begin this unforgettable lesson. Let's get started!
Once we meet, we'll step into the studio to learn about one of the most fascinating traditions in Andalusia and all of Spain. The instructor will give you instructions, showing you the basic steps while you learn how to follow the beat of the music.
This fun class, suitable for all ages, will help you learn how to dance flamenco, or if you already know the basics, improve your foot and arm movements. You'll leave the class dancing this art, declared an Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO! We'll also teach you about the history, origins, and cultural significance of flamenco.
Step by step, this type of sevillanas will help you learn the characteristic posture of this dance, as well as how to feel the rhythm of flamenco with your feet.
After 55 minutes, we'll conclude the lesson and say our goodbyes with a pure flamenco-style round of applause. Olé!
