    The brewery owners were very friendly and shared their passion for beer and for Sicilian history and culture. The three beers available for tasting, a German-style hefweizen, an American-style IPA-esque beer, and a Belgian-style dobbel, were all excellent, and the generous plates of breads, salumi, and cheeses enhanced the beer tasting, while also promoting the owners' emphasis on celebrating Sicilian artisanship.
