For transfers beginning at the airport, you should indicate the time at which your flight is due to arrive. The same goes for cruise ports and train stations: you should indicate the planned arrival time.
For transfers from your hotel, you should indicate when you would like to be picked up. That doesn't mean the flight time, rather the time you would like to be collected.
For shared transfers, orders may be modified by the provider. Should this be the case, we will contact you to confirm the rearranged time.

Our driver was excellent! He was very, very courteous and professional. I don't recall if I was ever instructed on how to find our driver and that was inconvenient, but now knowing know how to find, I will use this service 100% of the time. I already have three more bookings with them on my current trip.

There was no driver! I waited 30 minutes after arriving in the pick-up area (my flight was on time). I called 6 times but no one answered. I was never contacted for a refund. This is scandalous. I advise everyone against this service, which is a scam.
We are sorry that the service was not provided as planned. Unfortunately, it was not possible for the driver to access the airport, so he had to cancel the booking. A refund has been made accordingly.

We were to be picked up at 7:20AM. We took a cab at 7:30AM. New to the train station experience and did not want to rush. Your driver was stuck at the airport. Second transfer so far that was not realized.
We have confirmed that, due to heavy traffic delays, the transfer could not be completed as scheduled. We regret this. We have refunded this reservation.
