Youssef y Mohammed fueron muy atentos y serviciales, preocupados de todo el tour mientras estábamos con mi señora en los diferentes lugares previstos. Hamid nuestro guía conductor durante los nueves días, muy buena persona, con sólidos conocimientos del país y atento a cada necesidad nuestra durante el periplo. Excelente conductor con mucha experiencia en la carretera. Los guías en Fes y Marrakesh muy buenos. La experiencia en el desierto lo mejor del circuito. El hotel de Fes muy bajo en relación con los demás del circuito y no estaba en el listado ofrecido. La guía en Marrakech es buena pero muy reducida a la Medina y la ciudad, que ofrece mucho más, se pierde. Y por último, podrían ampliar con los conductores la oferta de restaurantes para almorzar porque siempre es el mimo menú todos los días.

Primera y última vez haciendo un tour con Civitatis. Conductor con poca experiencia, hoteles que distan mucho de ser de categoría 4 estrellas. El Guia de Fes nos hacía un tour de compras en lugar de un tour para aprender sobre el lugar. Lo mejor que coordino Civitatis fue el Guia de Marrakech y la excursión al desierto ( paseo en dromedario y la carpa). Marruecos es bellísimo y volveré, pero con otra compañía de turismo.

First and last time doing a tour with Civitatis. Driver with little experience, hotels that are far from being 4-star category. Recomiendo para el desierto que ya lleven una mochila pequeña con sus cosas preparadas para q no la tengan que hacer en el momento ya que la tienes que cargar en el dromedario.
