Tel Aviv Walking Tour
Tour Details
At the indicated time, we'll meet at The Setai Hotel and start a walking tour of Tel Aviv. We'll see history, culture, art and food all in one day!
We'll begin our tour in ancient Jaffa. We'll walk through its winding alleys, discovering the historic charm of its ancient streets and enjoying panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the port of Jaffa. In this area, we'll visit St. Peter's Church and soak up the relaxed atmosphere of this picturesque area.
Next, we'll make a brief stop for refreshments at the Old Train Station before continuing with a pleasant stroll through HaMesila Park. From there, we'll head to Nahalat Binyamin to admire its colourful street art and lively creative scene.
Our route will then take us along Herzl Street and Rothschild Boulevard, where we'll learn about the early development of Tel Aviv and its iconic architectural styles.
We'll soon arrive at the bustling Carmel Market, or Shuk Hacarmel, to enjoy a tasting experience. We'll sample local specialities such as falafel, freshly squeezed juices and kubbeh.
Finally, we'll conclude the tour after 6 hours.
Itinerary Adjustments
On Saturdays, when the Carmel Market is closed, the tour will instead pass through HaMesila Park and the Florentin neighbourhood to explore its street art.
