Faito Mountain Trekking

After picking you up from your hotel in Torre Annunziata at 9 am, we'll set off south and head for the Sorrento peninsula by minibus. The Lattari Mountains Regional Park and one of its most emblematic mountains, Mount Faito, await us there. Are you ready to discover these natural sites? 

We'll arrive at the base of the cable car of Mount Faito. We'll enjoy a journey through the heights and once we are at the top station we'll start an 8 km trekking route to the top of this mountain. The walk will last four hours.

Accompanied by the guide we'll walk through the lush beech forests and talk about the animals that live in this area. Wild boars, foxes, falcons, salamanders or bats are just some of the species that prowl around here. 

The trekking route will take us to the top of Mount Faito, at more than 1200 metres above sea level. From the top we'll enjoy views that will leave you speechless. The island of Capri, Mount Vesuvius and the Gulf of Salerno can be seen to perfection - Instagram time! After taking some pictures we'll start the descent. 

We'll get back on the vehicle and finish the activity at 3 pm, leaving you at your hotel.
