Axarquia Tropical Fruit Trip

Once we pick you up from Torre del Mar, we'll drive along the Costa del Sol coastline until we reach a mango and avocado farm.

We'll taste the rich fruits of this agricultural area as we enjoy views of the Mediterranean Sea and learn all about the horticultural tradition of the province of Malaga. As we tour the farm, we'll tell you lots of interesting facts about local agriculture.

Our route will then continue towards Vélez-Málaga, the beautiful capital of Axarquia. Following in the footsteps of its long past, we'll take a stroll through its historic centre. Next, we'll head to a tropical fruit cooperative to sample their delicious products. This spot is the perfect place to try tropical fruit, as Axarquia is the leader in production and marketing of these products in Europe.

Lastly, we'll stop at a local restaurant to recharge our batteries with a traditional lunch. The menu will include a variety of fruits grown in the province of Malaga - what a treat!

After lunch, we'll make our way back to Torre del Mar.
